DC Operating Point Analysis(.op) Setting
Click “Simulate”-“Edit Simulation Cmd” in the menu bar to open the “Edit Simulation Command” screen.
Just select “DC op pnt” and do not enter anything else. You should see “.op” at the bottom of the screen.
This is the setting for performing DC operating point analysis to calculate the DC voltage and current of each node in the steady state of the electronic circuit.

Dot command can be created with Edit Text on the Schematic
Although the “.op” of dot command was created from the screen of “Edit Simulation Command”, it can also be created by “Edit Text on the Schematic”.
Click “SPICE Directive” on the toolbar to display “Edit Text on the Schematic” screen.
Make sure that the “SPICE directive” is selected, enter the dot command syntax (“.op” in this case), and click OK to place the created dot command.
Simulation/Analysis result
Click “Run” on the toolbar to run the simulation. The simulation time varies depending on the size of the circuit.
Analysis results are automatically output after simulation.

Why these particular keys?
They allow the right hand to drive the mouse while the left hand stays in place to select objects and actions without the eyes ever having to leave the screen. One-Step Keyboard Reconfiguration Method (via SCAD3.ini file edit)
Hot Key assignments following this same pattern can and should be applied to the Waveform Viewer, Symbol Editor and Netlist Editor windows as well. Although these may be entered manually one-by-one via the LTspice Control Panel, it is perhaps more convenient to copy these Hot Key plain text definitions and use them to replace the existing Keyboard Shortcut sections of LTspice's configuration file (the standard installation location is C:WindowsSCAD3.ini).
Tip: If you do not have administrator rights to modify files in the Windows folder, you may start LTspice with the following command line switch in order to have it load SCAD3.ini from a folder of your choosing upon start-up (one in which you do have read/write rights):
